Ordering

When will my order be dispatched?

We custom print each piece of apparel (no mass production or drop-shipping here!)

Our printing runs are every 2 weeks, so, depending on when you placed your, order it could be up to 14 days before we print and ship your order.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the product details in a drop-down menu. For any additional questions, please contact us. We will ask about your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, shorts, and pants so we can suggest the best size for you!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it and this is due to each order being custom printed just for you.

What if I want to speak to someone?

Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

International Shipping?

We currently only offer shipping within Australia, and also to NZ, Canada, USA & UK through the website.

If you are from anywhere else in the world, please just send us an inquiry through the contact us form and we can arrange it for you.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What shipping providers do you use?

We use Australia Post for all orders.

My package was lost, stolen, or damaged!

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

How do I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with our apparel or products, please contact us and we'll see what we can do to rectify the situation.

What's the return policy

Thank you for your order! As a custom printing service, we are unable to offer refunds on personalised products once they have been printed. We take great care to ensure that each item is printed to your exact specifications and we are delivering high-quality products. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.

I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?

After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
